Install Kodi 15.0 “Isengard” on Windows 10 with libraries and live tv

Today we install Kodi 15.0 “Isengard” onto a windows 10 PC. Setup is pretty much the same as usual but some have said that they have had problems installing. We’ll setup with libraries and live tv.
